do you use any toxic or caustic chemicals?

We do not use any nasty chemicals that are toxic or caustic when cleaning your oven.  There will be none of the strong smells or fumes associated with some oven cleaning.

Our van-mounted heated dip tanks are where the racks, shelves, grill pans and other removable parts are steeped while we cleaned the interior of your oven.  These parts are rinsed outside before being sparkled to a shine and returned to your oven.

Do you take the oven apart to clean it

Removing the door, taking it apart and cleaning between the glass is part of our process.  We also remove the back plate of fan ovens and clean parts like the fan that would be not possible to reach without taking oven apart.

We are committed to carrying out a very thorough oven clean.  Our training and extensive experience means we are able to expertly disassemble, clean and reassemble your oven to achieve the very best cleaning result.

Are you insured to carry out this work?

Yes.  Our insurer is a specialist provider of insurance to the cleaning industry, they are underwritten by Hiscox. In addition to standard public liability insurance we are also covered for any damage caused to the appliance being worked on or damage caused at your property.  We are more than happy to provide further proof of this insurance as required.

how long have you been in business?
